"A peaceful and beautiful place in Tuscany" I was there two years ago with my sister and parents. I have been in Italy four times, and the best time was at Agriturismo Barbicaio. The nature is very beautiful, and the view from La Cascia is incredible. I really enjoyed their pool, where you also can enjoy the sun and the beautiful view with a good book. You are almost the only tourist in that area, and not fare away, there is a god family restaurant, where we were the only guests who wasn’t Italian. The apartment was very nice, and had a big kitchen, where you can cook your own Italian food. There is in fact a very good supermarket in the town of Pistoria. We also stayed at Molino di Nelle, and I have ever stayed at a more peaceful place. You live in the forest, and there is a river, where we saw deer, goats and other animals drinking from the water and eating the grass. It is only about a half an hour from Florence, which is very beautiful and a good shopping town. Sandro and his family were very gently to us, and I really look forward to visit Agriturismo Barbicaio again this summer with my family and boyfriend. So I can highly recommend this place!
